Paul Pretorius joined Harcourts Grenadier in 2023 as Sales Manager, overseeing the Wigram Office after relocating from Tauranga, to be closer to family, where he served as Sales Manager with Harcourts Advantage for their six Bay of Plenty Offices.
Originally, from an extensive background in Hospitality, Paul understands the importance of providing exceptional customer experiences, Harcourts Grenadier shares this ethos and was therefore and excellent choice. Like Paul they also believe in doing the right thing in every instance.
Paul has an exceptional understanding of the industry specifically compliance, complex negotiations, marketing & the auction process – he is an out of the box thinker, always learning and developing and looks forward to contributing and using these skills to enrich not only the clients & customers at Harcourts Grendier, but also its salespeople and support staff.
In his spare time Paul is an avid reader, poker player, Dragon Boater and film enthusiast. He enjoys keeping fit and exploring this stunning city and its surrounds.
An avid volunteer Paul strongly believes in contributing to make this world a better place even just for one person. With previous involvement in Surf lifesaving, Coastguard, Youthline, Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as calling numerous charity auctions such as Ronald McDonald House.
